To tell you the truth I haven't used the support service. Never had to. They have a server status site which tells if there are any problems with servers. Everything is quite transparent.

Never thought there would be someone trying Affiliate Marketing.
And as far as I know..., for normal uses. HostGator is what i'll recommend.
And if you're using a lot bandwidth I guess you need to look for Cloud bases
hosting.
And ... I forgot to say something...
HostGator support is awesome.
